Booking Conditions: 1. We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot when booking a package. You may however change your date and time to another availability up to 1 week (7 days) before the shoot. Changes to shoot times and location made within a week before the scheduled shoot will be handled on a case by case basis. 2. Packages displayed (excluding any specials that apply to bookings at certain times) can be booked up to 4 months in advance. Price will remain fixed subject to a deposit being placed in our accounts. 3. Shooting with and all photos produced and provided by The Glamour Photographer is subject to you reading and agreeing to a Photography Shoot Agreement and Release. You will need to sign the agreement before we shoot. 5. The copyright and moral right of all images produced remains that of The Glamour Photographer. 6. Subject must be 18 years or older to shoot, and capable of signing the legally binding Photography Shoot Agreement and Release.
